Her arm seems a bit too long, but that's not reallyu a big issue. The impact this made on me is huge, just as the way you made this. Very, Very nice! Keep up the great work!
Firstly the color composition is very beautiful, even though its largely based on orange and blue you have managed to mix them well and also used a wide variety of colors in-between.
The hair has been done very well and your unique drawing technique has given the image some life and action; a very successful technique. Its the same for the dragon which has been inserted into the image very craftily without obscuring the main character too much.
Overall its a very nice painting with great use of color and painting skills! keep up the great work.
