To start with, I've never managed a speedpaint in my life before this, so I can't say much for it's effectiveness for my overall style. Not to say that it didn't work, It worked very well for me. It was relatively quick and easy to understand, and worked well with my tablet (Which I need to relplace), the laptop pad, and a mouse. The basic suggestion of just painting quickly over and over did help quite a bit for me, since I fuss over things like details. The blending suggestions were very useful, and the tutorial itself was very easy to understand, if not precicely easy to follow.

Anatomically, It looks to be fairly accurate, and the wings I would guess that they are of a decent size, if maybe a little small for the body. It's not the best speedpaint tutorial, as it skips too many parts, but it certainly is good for getting a grasp on the basics, especially for someone new to Paint Tool Sai as I am.
