The color is what first caught my eye! Then it was the detail.
The color is just so vibrant that it immediately catches the eye. It gives the piece a whole new level of FEELING! With the light pinks and baby blues, it just... portrays this girl as so innocent and sweet.
The detail is just amazing. It's obvious you put in a lot of time on this work. It really is breath taking. With the flowers, the dress, the wings...it just...there is just so much to look at that you have to wonder if its too much to look at.
Because the colors are so vibrant and sharp (especially the light pink), I would have cut down on some of the "extra pieces". Maybe remove the wings or cut down on the spirals on the side of her head or maybe even reduce the amount of flowers. The girl is being swallowed by everything. Any emotion that you might get from seeing this piece is lost by the pure amount of STUFF that is going on.
I'm not saying this is bad, far from it. I'm just saying that by trying to put so much in there, your idea is not being communicated fully.
The fact that it's made using pen sketch, gives it a special lively feeling that often can't be achieved using only digital tools. The lines are various in their curvaceousness and thickness which makes the work interesting and makes the watcher try to explore more and more new details. The colour scheme is bright yet gentle, representing a really splendid combination of cold and warm colours. The only things that makes me personally a bit distracted from the undoubted beauty of the work, are the background and the inscription that make a bit too much contrast with the general style of the work, with their exactness and way of colouring.
Generally the work gives a feeling of some Renaissance angel but filled with new life and artist's original ideas. Very inspiring, bright, fresh and accurate work in other words)
