Well,,,I am no expert at backgrounds and my gallery rarely or never have background concept..
but this was a poster commission from TimeWarpCreations, a company that makes clocks themed fantasy. Yea i don't even know why I got this commission lol oh well anyways I drew Fairy, Dragon, and Ghost concepts for this project. This is one of them.
'The concept of this environmental concept was that the spirits of dead dragons are coming back to their long-forgotten home, the ancient kingdom of dragons. While keeping the style surrealistic and ghastly, I wanted to give it eerie, nostalgic/sad feeling on them. They are missing their golden days from the past and trying to remark the old memories from the debris of the kingdom(although it's bit ironic that dragons used to live in a kingdom).'
I hope you guys understand what I intended to mean.../fails/

Vision Originality Technique ImpactWow this is truly a great piece, your technique is great and seemingly brought out everything you wanted it to,including that certain glow to the dragon's spirit, the stars and planets behind, and the dragons themselves, BUT i couldn't quite make out the upper left dragon's head very well,other than that it was amazing.
Your vision seemed really great as well but you say that you had a 'lack of imagination'? (i think otherwise but ok i guess).
Your originality is amazing! I don't think Ive ever seen ghost dragons coming back to their kingdom before EVER. Your impact is awesome too, it makes me think about far away galaxies and mythical beings (lol).
